We've had our house for sale since we want to move to the Chattanooga area to be closer to family. One day last week, a couple saw our house and while we were sitting with our realtor to go over their offer to purchase (we accepted), my husband received a phone call that he was needed on his next job on May 19th (yesterday). So off he goes to Minnesota and leaves me here to find a place to live and move by May 30th! Yikes!

I'm not one to complain (snicker, shicker) so I buck it up and start packing. I did manage to get one entry to a writing contest sent off...yea for me. 

When we bought this house, I loved the yard and the sunroom that overlooks it. The last couple of years, we've really worked to make it a beautiful place and I've enjoyed it so much. Every morning, I drink my coffee and watch the squirrels playing on the deck ,jumping from tree to tree. We have bluejays, cardinals, mockingbirds, chickadees, titmouse, robins, wrens, bluebirds, and other birds I've not identified that enjoy our bird feeders and trees. A family of rabbits has entertained my grandkids many times when they visit. We have gorgeous double hydranga's (sp?), lilac bushes, azaela's, rhododendrum (red and purple), lantana, hostas, and lots of other flowers. The couple buying the home will have a beautiful yard to enjoy. I get to plan a new yard to enjoy!

My philosophy is to do what Steve Winwood sings in his old song..."Roll With It".
